"Element" is defined to include the following content: text; audio; video; images; content design and layout; the name Slated.org and the names of all contributors. Text content is further defined to include any portion of text ranging from a whole article to a single word, including conjunctions such as "and" and "or"; definite and indefinite articles such as "the" and "an"; and all other words in the English language, and all other languages, modern or archaic, real or fictional, in common or uncommon use, and formal or idiomatic. In the unlikely event that we fail to secure remedial action against violators, by utilisation or modification of law, Slated.org further reserves the right to hire a contract killer to terminate violators, thus securing the future integrity of our Intellectual Property.
